What do we want you to do

You will be at the center of the hotel’s universe –the front office. You will have an opportunity to stretch your leadership muscles and learn our service standards inside and out. Most importantly, you'll have a passion for delivering personalized experiences and inspiring guests to experience what makes DC so very unique. In addition, you’ll get a glimpse of the business side of the front office: staffing, scheduling, and expense management are all also vital pieces of your development and growth as a leader. 

Who is going to get this job

Our fast-paced environment requires that you communicate clearly and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. You’ll know how to handle cash responsibly and reliably, and you'll be able to use the tools of the trade: computers, databases, and property management systems.  You will have at least three years of experience in providing customer service and have proven your ability to lead others. Hospitality is a 24/7 gig, so you’ll be prepared to pull all kinds of shifts - 7am, 3pm, 11pm and weekends.
