Meet Modus Hotels

We are a lifestyle hotel company dedicated to consistently being best in class by delivering personalized experiences based on each guest’s distinct needs. Our culture is one of independent and spirited individuals who love what they do and share a desire to create a genuine environment where each person can truly be themselves. It’s important to know that we have 10 core values that we live by; we’ll expect that you will too.

What do we want you to do

You are directly responsible for ensuring that our arriving guests will encounter an impeccably clean, functional, and welcoming room. You will inspire the housekeeping team to pay attention to small details; to take note of how our guests like to have their things arranged, what the temperature of the room is, and if they need any refills on amenities. You always make sure that everything is just right when the guest checks in. You will start to learn the business side of things such as scheduling, payroll, inventory and ordering- this is your first step to becoming a leader at Modus.

Who is going to get this job

You’ll be able to be on your feet for long periods of time, as many as 8 hours. You’ll be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and you’ll have a great eye for detail. Most of all, you’ll understand that you are the person who has the greatest impact on our guests’ experience, and you’ll take a thoughtful approach to their needs. One more thing-we are an equal opportunity employer. We actively respect the right of any qualified individual who performs to Modus standards to work. Discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic not related to performance, ability or attitude protected by state or federal law, is stupid, disrespectful, bad business and won’t be tolerated. It’s also illegal.
