What do we want you to do

You are directly responsible for ensuring that our arriving guests will encounter an impeccably clean, functional, and welcoming room. You will inspire the housekeeping team to pay attention to small details; to take note of how our guests like to have their things arranged, what the temperature of the room is, and if they need any refills on amenities. You always make sure that everything is just right when the guest checks in. You will start to learn the business side of things such as scheduling, payroll, inventory and ordering- this is your first step to becoming a leader at Modus.

Who is going to get this job

You’ll be able to be on your feet for long periods of time, as many as 8 hours. You’ll be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and you’ll have a great eye for detail. Most of all, you’ll understand that you are the person who has the greatest impact on our guests’ experience, and you’ll take a thoughtful approach to their needs. One more thing-we are an equal opportunity employer.
