    What do we want you to do

    You will support the organization by assisting in all areas of hiring, onboarding, developing, and engaging our teams. 

    • Work closely with recruiting team to share new applicants and ensure follow-up with candidates
    • Coordinate phone and in-person interviews with hiring managers
    • Track candidates throughout the entire hiring process using our Applicant Tracking System
    • Conduct independent sourcing via social media, networking, and job postings to build a pipeline of candidates
    • Assist in creating onboarding plans designated to engage, educate and fully prepare new hires for success
