We are a lifestyle hotel company dedicated to consistently being best in class by delivering personalized experiences based on each guest’s distinct needs. Our culture is one of independent and spirited individuals who love what they do and share a desire to create a genuine environment where each person can truly be themselves. It’s important to know that we have 10 core values that we live by; we’ll expect that you will too.
You will fully support the Director of Sales and Sales Managers by ensuring the successful organization and operation of sales administration processes and group activities within the hotel. You will communicate closely with our clients and make sure all T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted. You will coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of hotel events and group arrivals. We may ask you to attend an evening sales event now and then, because networking is valuable experience for your future sales career!
If you have laser focus and a tenacious entrepreneurial spirit, then you’re off to a good start. If you are organized, detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, this may be just the position for you. If you haven’t worked in hotels before, we still want to hear from you… just be sure you have a proven history of administration and guest service experience. You’ll be able to use the tools of our trade: computers, databases, and property management systems. You won’t be afraid to get your hands dirty for the good of the team, and above all, you’ll deliver results. One more thing-we are an equal opportunity employer. We actively respect the right of any qualified individual who performs to Modus standards to work. Discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic not related to performance, ability or attitude protected by state or federal law, is stupid, disrespectful, bad business and won’t be tolerated. It’s also illegal.
