  • Meet Modus Hotels

We are a lifestyle hotel company dedicated to consistently being best in class by delivering personalized experiences based on each guest’s distinct needs. Our culture is one of independent and spirited individuals who love what they do and share a desire to create a genuine environment where each person can truly be themselves. It’s important to know that we have 10 core values that we live by; we’ll expect that you will too.

What do we want you to do

Sure, you will be preparing tables, taking orders, and serving plates of deliciousness. But more than that, you’ll take your food and beverage expertise and mix thoroughly with your knowledge of the city to give our guests an unforgettable experience.  Since people tend to eat dinner morning, noon and night, you’ll be needed to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Who is going to get this job

You’ll have excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. You’ll understand when it’s okay to chat with guests and know when you should be invisible. You will preferably have worked in a restaurant before but if not, its ok- we can train you; as long as you have the desire to learn and impact our guests in a positive way! There’s lifting involved – up to 25 lbs – and you’ll be on your feet for extended periods of time. One more thing-we are an equal opportunity employer. We actively respect the right of any qualified individual who performs to Modus standards to work. Discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic not related to performance, ability or attitude protected by state or federal law, is stupid, disrespectful, bad business and won’t be tolerated. It’s also illegal.
