    What do we want you to do

    You will lead the sales team in meeting our ambitious client acquisition and revenue goals. You will be accountable for cultivating the key sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your hotels financial targets. You will develop and implement successful marketing and sales solicitation activities to secure new business from specified market segments. You will maintain existing business client relationships, ensuring maximum profitability for the hotel and quality service for our guests. You will lead and develop your sales team so as Modus grows, they grow- and are ready to step into new sales leadership roles that arise. As a senior leader at the property, you will be an example of the Modus Vision and Core Values in action, as well as supporting the operations team in the execution of sales related events.

    Who is going to get this job

    If you have laser focus and a tenacious entrepreneurial spirit, then you’re off to a good start. You have a proven track record of senior hotel sales experience, consistently exceeding targeted goals- so be ready to give us concrete examples of your past success. You have the proven ability to lead, communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization along with the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and to articulate the distinct aspects of our products and services to position them against competitors. You have excellent verbal and written communication. Listening, negotiation and presentation skills are a must. You won’t be afraid to get your hands dirty for the good of the team, and above all, you’ll deliver results. One more thing-we are an equal opportunity employer.
